Are solar garden lights able to remain outside if it is about to rain outside?
Some are made from materials that rust some are made from material that does not rust. In either case both will charge on a gloomy day. They are made for the outdoors. If you have snow you must keep the snow off the unit to allow the light to charge the panel.
