Are there outside motion detector lights, or dusk to dawn lights available that are solar charged?

Yes there are but in my opinion, they are very poor for lighting. Maybe ok to line a sidewalk with but their power dention is minimal. They will provide a weak light for 4-6 hours but will not set the world on fire nor keep you or you neighbors awake with their brilliance. I guess ok, if the point is to outline you sidewalks with a little light until midnight or so.
