Is it possible to fix solar lights…..?

my lights are string with usual stake solar part, which fell over during a windy spell. Not a light has shown since. We’ve opened it up, checked wires etc, and cant tell whats the prob. Is there any hope as i loved the effect of these beautiful little lights.
All answers greatly appreciated.
rope lighting, yes, on a fairy light scale.
i only put my the string out at the beginning of the summer. Used two weeks, cost 20 pounds sterling. Disappointed on my carelessness i guess.

Solar lights work on a re-chargeable battery. The energy from the sun is harnessed by the little panel on top of the post and fed into a rechargeable battery inside. Find the little battery compartment and check the battery hasn’t become dislodged.

As with all rechargeable items, eventually the battery needs to be replaced – just same as your mobile phone or cordless drill. The battery will likely be one of the standard AA or 9v rechargeable ones you can pick up at the supermarket by the check-out.

Edit – there is a tiny "off" switch on my lights, is it possible this has been knocked to the off position without realising it?
